Purpose

BIPO is seeking a qualified individual to fill a Principal HR Consultant position. The professional in this role will be required to market and deliver professional HR business solutions and services to targeted clients, generate revenue and profit, as well as to gain market share.

Responsibilities

  • Creatively crystallise scope of HR services and business models for strong value proposition to clients, including but not limited to talent acquisition, training and HR consulting project, employee outsourcing services, expatriate management services, human capital management advisory, payroll computation, calculation of tax returns and social security insurance plan
  • Proactively market and sell the services and see through the implementation and deliverables
    Provide guidance and ensure client’s HR policies and practices are fully complied with local labour ordinance and other related rules and regulations
  • Conduct HR related analysis, develop reports and present insights to clients
  • Continuously build strong client relationships
  • Generate or exceed targeted revenue and operating profitability of the HR services business
  • Measure and monitor the implementation of strategy regularly, and making all the necessary adjustments to better achieve business objectives

Job Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge on HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices and sound HR generalist knowledge in a young, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on recruitment, compensation and benefits experience in MNC companies
  • Familiar with local labour law and regulations
  • Prior experience in HR projects and key HR advisory role
  • Strong customer focus and business acumen
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with structural approach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and multi-stakeholders/clients’ management skills
  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resource or any relevant field
  • Minimum 7 years relevant working experience as HR Generalist or HR Consultant is required
  • Strong presentation skills both verbally and in written form
  • Excellent handling of MS Office and associated IT tools
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, diverse group, other cultures, and complex environments.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, English and command in other languages beneficial

Purpose

BIPO is seeking a Software Engineer to work in Jakarta, Indonesia. The candidate for this position is required to build expertise in assigned functions while meeting established performance objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned software maintenance, enhancement and/ or development tasks to support project delivery, product support and/or development activities with direct supervision
  • Participate in research and development of innovative and high-quality software products for HRMS
  • Assist in developing or enhancing existing functionality to user interfaces
  • Assist with bug fix designs for senior engineers’ review
  • Implement the accepted design within scheduled time and budget
  • Stay current with the state-of-the-art and cutting-edge technology and apply the latest technology in software projects
  • Write and review product documents in English

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer/ IT or equivalent
  • Mid to senior level with at least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Competent in C#, NET, SQL, Server, Web-MVC, Mobile
  • Preferably with experience in HR related software or database application
  • Strong leadership to guide the juniors and excellent team-work experience
  • Hands-on with practical knowledge in a large/ medium size system development
  • Can-do attitude with strong responsibility and tasks ownership
  • Good communication skills and able to converse in English

Purpose

BIPO is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to work in Jakarta Indonesia. The candidate for this position is required to carry out software testing of new products to ensure functionality, quality, ease-of-use, maintainability as well as to meet reliability objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and contribute to product specification, approach, design, implementation of tests for product
  • Design and develop the test plan and test cases that conform to defined functionality specifications, design documents, and external application standards
  • Perform test specification, maintenance, execution, analysis, and code reviews for assigned features
  • Participate in risk analysis of product
  • Maintain defect tracking and test documentation
  • Review user manuals and support documentation of the product
  • Trouble-shoot code individually or in a group, provide written and verbal assessments of test results
  • Contribute to facilitate the quality assurance test approach
  • Work with the software manager/engineers for the software issue debugging when necessary

Requirements

  • Information Technology Degree in a recognised university, a major in Information Technology or related area
  • More than 2 years’ working experience in software testing and familiar with software testing process.
  • Good knowledge of QA tools including requirements, test, and defect management systems
  • Familiar with test and risk analysis methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources related processes
  • Fluent English language skills and work experience in a multi-national environment is advantageous
