Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation of Human Resources Information System work. communicate with customers. understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Responsible for the preparation of project documents and development of the project plan, as well as to manage the progress of the project and changes
  • Setup system configuration during project implementation
  • Complete the final function test during the project implementation process to meet customers’ requirements
  • Provide system training for clients and provide required support
  • Any other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Management/Project Management/Computer or HR related certifications is a priority
  • Human Resources System implementation experience is preferred
  • Must be proficient in English as English is used for communication within the research and development teams
  • Should have a certain understanding on SQL
  • At least two years of project management/coordination/implementation/technical support work experience is preferred
  • Should possess good team spirit, strong communication and problem-solving ability
  • Should have an eye to detail and can withstand a certain level of work pressure

Responsibilities

  • Ensure completion of staff attendance, monthly performance, commission, social security and other data audits to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages
  • Provide compensation and welfare advisory services, particularly corporate pay and benefits to clients
  • Process and maintain clients’ personnel OA and payroll system
  • Meet the clients’ needs in timely manner to achieve good levels of customer satisfaction
  • Comply with work management requirements

Requirements

  • Should have practical experience in compensation and benefits, cost estimates, salary analysis and statistics
  • Good understanding of design methods of the compensation and benefits management system and process
  • Familiar with salary and social welfare insurance management, national labour and personnel policies and regulations
  • College or above with Business or Human Resources related major
  • Possess good professional ethics and communication skills
  • Strong in data analysis
  • Good English communication skills and familiar with Microsoft Office

  • Responsible for technical design, development and testing of business intelligence projects and products
  • Responsible for data modeling, database structure and business intelligence report design as well as development of business intelligence projects
  • Manage ETL process design and optimisation as well as technical deployment of business intelligence projects
  • Responsible for technical maintenance and design, research and development of new functions for business intelligence platform

Requirements

  • Familiar with SQL language, view, stored procedure design, server database management and development of SQL server
  • Strong C#.net technology development experience
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Should have great interest in the technical field of data analysis and willing to further enhance knowledge in this field
