The path to successfully setting up a business in Germany is fraught with obstacles for Chinese investors. In addition to structural issues in the start-up phase, there are also a number of administrative hurdles. We would like to offer Chinese investors and start-up founders assistance with their business activities in Germany. With a strong focus on recruiting and retaining staff and talent, this years’ event is not only relevant for new companies but also for Chinese companies which are already settled in the German market.

The Business Development Agency of Rhein-Kreis Neuss and the German-Chinese Business Association (DCW) cordially invite you to the all-day seminar “Setting up your business in Germany” on 26 June 2025 in the RKN Innovation Center at Areal Böhler in Meerbusch (Düsseldorf). The seminar will be in English and Chinese language.

At this all-day event, experts will provide information on choosing the right legal form for your business, give insights about German labour law and social insurance regulations and other important aspects of setting up a business such as intercultural team building and Business Process Outsourcing. In addition, experts and established companies will share their expertise and experiences in setting up a business in Germany. Last but not least, the special location advantages and funding opportunities as well as the newly founded RKN Innovation Centre in the Areal Böhler will be presented by the local authorities.
