Promotional Activities
Contribute the best efforts to support any marketing activities and promotional campaigns to generate sales leads and/or publicity for the BIPO’s products and services

Partnership and Client Relationship Management
Continuously maintain and improve relationship with BIPO’s existing partners and customers to ensure satisfaction as well as to derive additional revenues

Requirements

  • Passion in finding solutions and promoting to clients
  • Disciplined individual with positive mental attitude and pleasant disposition
  • Bachelor Degree in Business and/or IT studies
  • Prior work experience in the IT industry an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

Products and Services Knowledge
Continuously and proactively learn and be familiar with BIPO’s products, services and enhancements to ensure effective project implementation and client services

Project Management

  • Ensure full understanding on the scope of services of each new project
  • Assist in preparing the project schedule and communicate both internally to the relevant teams and externally to the customer
  • Ensure the man days expended are in line with the project revenue and that the project is delivered on time and effectively

System Implementation

  • Execute and improve the entire cycle of system implementation methodology
  • Adhere to the provisioned man days for the project
  • Ensure proper sign-off of the project and timely billing of the project milestones

Client Services

  • Provide training to clients to ensure proficiency with BIPO platform
  • Ensure proper handling of clients’ data
  • Deliver effective payroll processing and ensure timely statutory submissions

Requirements

  • Strong passion in learning Information System Solutions
  • Disciplined individual who works systematically and with close attention to details
  • Bachelor Degree in IT studies or related field of study
  • Prior work experience in IT industry an advantage

Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

  • Oversee and administer payroll process to ensure accurate, timely and compliant delivery
  • Ensure accuracy prior to processing of payroll, by conducting quality assurance within each payroll cycle
  • Manage payroll audit with auditors
  • Review tax reports and returns, address discrepancies and process necessary amendments
  • Ensure accurate payroll tax return
  • Work closely with global HRIS team to create necessary interfaces and ensure accurate data flow

Client Services

  • Handle client queries promptly to ensure their proficiency with BIPO platform
  • Ensure proper handling of confidential clients’ data and timely billing of services rendered
  • Provide timely and effective payroll processing and statutory submissions

Purpose
In collaboration with the Reporting Manager and the local Country / Operations Manager and resources, this role is to market and deliver professional HR business solutions and services to our targeted clients, to generate the targeted revenues and profit and to gain market shares.

Responsibilities

  • Creatively crystallise scope of HR services and business models for strong value proposition to clients including but not limited to talent acquisition, training and HR consulting project, employee outsourcing services, expatriate management services, human capital management advisory, payroll computation, calculation of tax returns, social security insurance plan, etc
  • Proactively market and sell the services and oversee implementation and deliverables
  • Provide guidance and ensure client’s HR policies and practices are fully compliant with local labour ordinance and other related rules and regulations
  • Conduct HR related analysis, develop reports and present insights to clients where it is necessary
  • Continuously build stronger relationships with clients
  • Generate or exceed the targeted revenue and operating profitability of the HR services business
  • Measure and monitor regularly the implementation of strategy, and making all the necessary adjustments to better achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge on HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices and sound HR generalist knowledge in a young, dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits experience within MNC companies
  • Familiar with local labour law and regulations
  • Prior work experience with HR projects or in key HR advisory role
  • Strong customer focus with business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with structural approach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and multi-stakeholders/clients management skills
  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resource or any relevant field
  • Minimum 7 years relevant working experience as a HR Generalist or HR Consultant is required
  • Strong presentation skills both verbally and in written form

BIPO is seeking a Senior Information Security Specialist to work in Singapore. To safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems in compliance to BIPO’s mission and vision and business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Protect system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources
  • Recognise problems by identifying abnormalities and reporting violations
  • Implement security improvements by assessing current situation, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements
  • Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits
  • Upgrade system by implementing and maintaining security controls
  • Keep users informed by preparing performance reports and communicating system status.
  • Maintain quality service by following organisation standards as well as technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in System Administration, Network Security, Problem Solving, Information Security Policies, Informing Others, Process Improvement, On-Call, Network Troubleshooting, Firewall Administration, Network Protocols, Routers, Hubs, and Switches
  • Graduate from related degree in Cyber Securityor Computer Sciences/IT

Purpose

BIPO is looking for Software Engineer, well-versed in .NET and SQL development platform, based in our APAC Headquarters in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Perform application development of BIPO’s regional HRMS products (specifically Payroll) to ensure functionality, quality, ease-of-use, intuitive user experience, and maintainability objectives are met.
  • Develop, enhance, maintain regional payroll software
  • Plan given task, estimate / allocate time spent
  • Deliver accurate and high-quality software
  • Understand business requirements based on documents
  • Assist to troubleshoot, bug fixing based on assigned case
  • Proactive participation to research and develop innovative, high-quality software products
  • Write / review product documents in English

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer / IT or equivalent
