Data Processing Addendum

BIPO Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) forms part of the agreement between Client and BIPO, covering Client’s use of the Services. The DPA, applies to the processing of Personal Data disclosed to BIPO by Client and helps meet onward transfer requirements under the required laws and/or regulations. By executing the Contract between us to which this DPA is referenced or attached, BIPO and Client agree that they are bound by and will comply with the terms of this DPA. In the event that the DPA is updated, BIPO will notify the Client.
