SINGAPORE – 15 July 2026 – BIPO, Asia Pacific’s leading payroll and HR technology platform, today announced its growth strategy following a US$50 million investment from Apis Growth Fund III1. Apis Partners Group (UK) Limited (“Apis Partners”), a private equity firm investing in tech-enabled businesses in financial infrastructure and services, acts as the portfolio manager for Apis Growth Fund III.
This funding will expand BIPO’s proprietary payroll infrastructure and support its plan to help multinational companies enter new markets faster. The investment marks the ninth from Apis Growth Fund III, which recently held its final close at US$1.23 billion.
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Singapore, BIPO supports around 700,000 employees worldwide through its payroll and HR services. The company processes close to US$2 billion in payroll payments annually across 170+ countries and regions and serves nearly 6,000 corporate clients.
For modern organisations, the ambition to scale globally often collides with a disjointed network of local regulations, fragmented payroll systems, and administrative hurdles. BIPO aims to address this complexity through a unified technology platform that bridges the gap between international ambition and day-to-day human resources.
